Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We also use similar technologies — local storage, pixels and tags — and mean all of them when we say "cookies" here.

**Strictly necessary.** Keeping your place in the form, security, load balancing. The site does not work without these and they cannot be switched off here.

**Analytics.** How many people arrive, which pages they read, where they stop. We use this to fix what is confusing. Aggregated, not used to identify you personally.

**Attribution.** The parameters on the link you arrived from, so we can tell which advertising brought you and pay the right partner. This is how we know a referral is genuine.

We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you and sell it on.

Analytics and advertising-measurement providers may set their own cookies when you visit. They are governed by those providers' privacy policies, not ours.

Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the form working.

Most browsers also send a Global Privacy Control signal if you turn it on. We honour it as an opt-out of sale or sharing where state law gives it that effect.
